View Full Version : Error Combat Tracker CoC 7

Hello everyone! Every time I drag a character or enemy into the Combat Tracker, the error window pops up and nothing about the Combat Tracker works.
I've tried creating a new campaign and I'm feeling the same way, even without using extensions
I'm a newbie at FGU. Can anyone help me?

I don't recognize your theme. Have you tried to use only the base CoC theme? I don't know if it has to do with those error messages but, you know, just to be sure.

Hi!! I created a new campaign, with no theme or extensions, and I'm still having the same error.

I don't see this in any of my CoC7 current and past campaigns or in a new test campaign. I hope somebody could help you.

I can't recreate this issue either. Please recreate the issue then compile your logs and upload them to this thread. Information on how to compile the FG logs can be found in the Wiki here: https://fantasygroundsunity.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/FGCP/pages/1242136781/How+to+Compile+Logs Recreate the issue then use Method 3 to compile the logs.

It is possible the ruleset is using an older version and you may need to perform a fresh update of the ruleset. You can navigate to your FG root folder (folder icon in the top left of the dashboard) and check the vault folder for a file named CHAFGCOCCOC7ERS.dat and remove it and then press update to download a fresh copy of the ruleset.

i dont have that archive, is normal?

That means that FG does not recognize that your user account owns CoC7E product; and the logs show that the ruleset version is very old.
Did you purchase through Steam or FG Store?
(If Steam, can view DLC owned in Steam Library, and also need to make sure Steam account is linked to FG account. If FG, can view on website through Store->Order History.)
