Modify NPC initiative - 2024 stat block

Is there a way to manually change the number in the Initiative stat block? I can edit it when the NPC is on the combat tracker, but not on the NPC stat block?

While the NPC record is unlocked, hold the Control key and use the mouse wheel to adjust. It's similar for Saves that vary from the basic ability modifiers.
