Using Aura like zones on the battlemap

One of my players are a psion and will likely pick the "Burning Flux" power at level 3. Do any of your guys any way to automate this through effects placed on a token on the battlemap? I guess there are other powers and feats that works much in the same way. Any hints and suggestion are welcome.

And you need to create a token and a NPC like my Fountain of Flame

In one of the how to videos I watched months ago, I saw these effects as pictures in Assets category, being dragged onto the battlefield map manually and readjusted. But I couldn't find the video.
