I did some searching and couldn't find anything on this so apologies in advance if this is already a known thing.

It appears that details in the Cond Immune field just disappear when going from the Legacy format to the 2024 format. I first noticed this in looking at Strahd's Animated Armor from Curse of Strahd. I added the NPC to the combat tracker, thinking they were just hidden in some way and would show up under ongoing effects, but no luck.

I'd like to start using the new format but if those details are just being removed, that's not an insignificant change.

Thanks!

I don't think there are condition immunities in the 2024 rules. I'm no expert, but this discussion might help you decide what you want to do:
How are y'all running diseases under the 2024 rules? : r/onednd (https://www.reddit.com/r/onednd/comments/1gtq2kp/how_are_yall_running_diseases_under_the_2024_rules/)

In the 2024 sheets Resistances and Immunities are all a single line now rather than having a line for each of damage and conditional. The format for listing those is now damage resistances or immunities separated by a comma and ending in a semi colon and then the conditions listed separated by a comma. So for example fire, slashing; frightened, poisoned

So then shouldn't the 2024 NPC stat block show the Condition Immunities from the Legacy stat block in the Resistances line?

No, the field doesn't merge the two when transitioning. The user would need to manually merge the data.
