NPC Effects Visible to Players

GM added effects to NPCs used to be hidden from players in the CT.
They are now visible.
Is this something that can be turned on and off in options? Can't find it if it is.

How are you adding the effects?

If it is 5E when you put an effect on anything in the CT it defaults to VSBL on the left side of the effect. If you click that once then it changes to GM and the players will no longer see it but the GM will. :)
