two accounts still won't resolve

Felstar and Promytius; apparently I created two accounts. I have logged into both steam and fantasy and the accounts seem to be synchronized with Felstar; Felstar shows an active link to steam and shows the purchases - the basic game and one module BASIC01. When I create a campaign, there's no modules showing.
I've had help with this before from you, and I thought it was settled, but something is still wrong.

Solved; can't see how to close or mark this, but it worked out after several login/logout/login tries.
