Assigning an NPC to a faction in Combat Tracker

Is there a way to make the NPC friendly without revealing all their stat blocks and hit points to the party?

In most FG rulesets the players won't see more than the friendly actor's HP in the combat tracker - the players won't see the creature's statblock unless you specifically share that record with the players.

Which ruleset are you using?
What's your main goal in making the NPC friendly in the CT?

5e Ruleset. If I'm running a doppleganger I don't want it to be too obvious. But if all they see is the HP, I think that would work. Thank you!
