What is the difference between 5e-srd, 5e-core rules, 5e-basic rules, and 5e-all rules?

If I am creating a homebrew and I want to play with dnd5e legacy as if we were playing with the books, which option(s) should I choose? This is confusing to me.

EDIT: Also, should I be allowing players to load all of them or only certain ones?

The basic rules, and the SRD are cut down versions of the core rules (the Player’s Handbook). All three contain the rules of the game (how to create characters, combat etc). Only the Player’s Handbook has all of the rules, spells, classes, subclasses, races, subraces, and feats etc. If you have the Player’s Handbook you do not need any of the others open and you shouldn’t share them with your players.
