Hand Icon on Cursor Hover-Over Pins in LOS Drawing Mode

Low priority:

When drawing or selecting LOS (Line/Select), if you hover the cursor over a pin, the cursor changes to a hand which is an indication that it can be picked up and moved. Pins can't be moved in this mode.

I suggest either:

1. Make the cursor icon not change to the hand when hovering over pins in LOS drawing mode.

or

2. Make pins moveable in LOS drawing mode.
