Is there any way to get health bar size to scale with current token size?
It looks distractingly wrong...

...and can in some instances spoil things unintentionally... like a gargantuan dragon shapshifted into a medium humanoid.
This can be worked around by changing the size in the NPC sheet, but it would be AMAZING if it just scaled when resizing a token via CTRL-MouseWheel (and resizing with effects via Size Matters extension)

I think that possibly has to do with the extension you are using.
From the screenshot, the green/red indicate that the "grid size" of the token is set to 15x15 (3x3 grid). The health bar is scaled based on the token grid size.

Agreed. I suppose the ultimate might be having the "Space" value update as thresholds are crossed while resizing a token with CTRL-Mousewheel. That would pull the health bar size with it.

The token size is actually meant to be adjustable separate from the "grid size". I think that the extension needs to be updated to correctly set the Size and token grid size when the token/creature size is swapped.

I tested with the extensions off... but I will look further... maybe a tweak to Size Matters will fix this for me.
