Two issues when drawing occluders. Both are very common for me, but don't always happen.
#1 Intersecting occluders not creating intersection points.
Reproduced in D&D 5E and CoreRPG campaigns. BUT does not always happen. Seems to go through phases *shrugs*
Intersecting wall (and other same type) occluders do not create intersection points when segments overlap. Have tested various grid snap and point snap options. Have tested on various maps.

#2 Extra points being created within Segments.
When drawing segments and after completion of placing the segment, FG adds extra points to the line. Deleting these unneeded points results in them being re-added. They seem to be along specific 'lines' or coordinate values as shown. See how all line segments crossing these values have points in the same coordinate? Note, no occluder at these coordinates on a different layer.
