I am creating a module for a friend and im not sure how to do this. its a priest class and it is 3 disciplines. Would those be listed under subclass or something else?

thanks and happy new year

Yes. The class is created in the classes list and the subclasses are created in the subclasses list accessed from the button at the top of the class menu. Make sure that you add the class name that the subclasses belong to in the class box in the 'other' tab. When exporting tick both classes and subclasses option.

yes but i think i did not explain it properly im asking DOES a discipline count as a subclass or is it something different. I am not overly well versed in 5e so i was not sure how to list it

What is a discipline? I've never heard that term in regards to D&D classes. Is it new to 2024 rules?

no this is made for legacy. ok so the priest has three disciplines one is holy, one is darkness and one is necrotic and from the looks of it i would say they are closer to domains than anything else

Clerics have Domains, rather that Disciplines. But it doesn't really matter what you call them as long as you set up them up as subclasses correctly.
