Hi,
I searched for a specific picture in the new players Handbook- I loaded it (using it not as standard) and the picture of Mordenkainen's Magnificent Mansion along with others like the one starting the Spells chapter was not showing at all- others like magic missile are ok?
What is happening?
Thanks

I don't know, but I see the problem.
I've uploaded a new build which should fix things. Hopefully it'll go out urgently.

James said that it went out as a hotfix a few days ago. But I see that the images are still missing in the current live build. There is another build which is due out next Tuesday so we'll see if that fixes the issue. My local copy shows the images are there when I export so there must have been a small hiccup somewhere in the update process. Sorry about that.

again the images are still missing- what is the problem that it takes so long giving the customer what he has paid for?

I don't know what the issue is. The images are in the images folder in the module and are visible in the assets for the module. And in my local copy both the images you mention show up in the book as expected. However the version on Live is not showing the images in the book. I've re-linked both the images and submitted the files again and asked James to issue it as a hotfix. Once it's available please try again and let me know if this has fixed the issue. Again, apologies for the problems.

If you run a new Check for Updates, and still missing images, try these steps.
Open Fantasy Grounds.
Click on folder button in upper left corner of launch screen.
Go to "vault" subfolder.
Delete "WOTC50PHB.dat" file.
Return to FG, and run new Check for Updates.
Check book again.
If still missing after that, please reach out to FG Support via link at top of web site for assistance.

after the update today the images are still missing- if you can check in the live environment yourself, we donīt have to wait for one week till the next try?
Thanks

Yes, I see the images are still missing. I'll need to look into this further; it's frustrating because the images show up correctly once I export the module and test in another campaign. We'll try to figure it out and get it updated as soon as possible.

Sorry for the issue. It seems that there were issues with those images due to special characters. They were working locally but got messed up when going through our patch system. A new hotfix was pushed that should resolve it. To test, run an Update and then unload and reload the module.
