I had this issue last week in as a player, but tried as a DM and see the same issue.
Easy steps to reproduce:
1. Delete "Tutorial 5E Campaign" and run update to download fresh one
2. Start "Tutorial 5E Campaign"
3. Open "NoGrid_Underdark_tunnels_D" map tutorial players are on.
4. Enable "Player Vision Preview Mode" (you don't have to, but it shows the problem better)
5. Click "Increase Size"
The only way around this I've found is to re-drop the light on the player or toggle skip/off/on to have the light work again.
Also, having "Shortcut Mode" disabled will be toggled on when Increase/Decrease Size is used as well.

Find out your system specs. Integrated graphics or outdated video drivers or not enough ram can impact performance. There are many potential factors. Are you using any extensions?
Display Size Impacts Rendering:
FGU is pixel-bound, meaning rendering depends on the number of pixels being displayed, not the image's file size.
Example: A 200px x 200px image scaled to display at 1000px x 1000px has the same GPU load as a 2000px x 2000px image at the same display size.
Tip: Avoid resizing image windows unnecessarily large during gameplay.
- 3. Preloading Assets:
GMs can preload maps and images before sessions so players cache the files. This reduces in-game bandwidth usage and ensures smoother gameplay.

Thanks for reporting. Carl was able to reproduce the issue; and is looking at ways to address. It's specific to token vision/lighting vs. map lighting.

I have not found the cause of the issue yet, but I have discovered that it only occurs when the image size is first increased. If you increase again, the issue is not present. You could increase twice and decrease once to get the token lights working at that size. Hopefully the bug will be found and fixed soon, however, maybe my not super helpful workaround will be helpful enough.

Aloha- I'm still having this issue with token lights as the maps are resized and I just updated to the latest iteration. Continue the research....

We’re not seeing it on our development campaigns with the specific instances we were checking.
So you have an example campaign folder that you can zip up and share which shows the issue?
Also, please make sure that the version reads v4.6.5 on the launch screen.
