Hi and happy holidays!
Just yesterday I was messaging the discord along with MrDDT who was helping me figure out an issue in FGU with my 5e tables.
I noticed starting last week that a new character was not getting their subclass features as they were leveling up on their Abilities tab, needing to be manually added, turns out this is a problem with every class and every subclass thereof. MrDDT hopped in a call with me and it we tested:
1) Creating other characters in different ways (through the Wizard or through simply adding it from the (+) button.
2) Creating characters with different classes and different subclasses. On my personal time I have had similar issues with Monk, Druid, Cleric, Warlock and others.
3) Tested if other features, like from subraces and backgrounds were also having this issue. They were not and are added as normal.
4) Started tests without any extensions on. The problem persisted.
5) Tested this with classes/subclasses from different modules, namely PHB and Tasha's and finally, with the SRD. The problem persisted.
6) We deleted the SRD from my folders, put FGU into an update to get the SRD modules back, reloaded them into an entirely new campaign with no extensions, and the problem persisted.
Below I have added a video of the process, displaying quite clearly the issue highlighted above with a brand new SRD model, also deleted and downloaded in the video.
A small section of the video is blurred since clicking the update button on my FGU minimized the window, showing some of my personal information.
Below the video is an image, showing the issue as it began (still with extensions on), but comparing the fact that my homebrewed subclass features from my homebrewed Warlock class ('Warlock - Spira' on third line of pictures) are working perfectly fine. These homebrews were done manually through the CLASS tab inside the campaign in my FGU.
