one thing i would really like to see added to the traveller module is the ability for players to be able to role two different colored dice or even d100. this would allow for larger tables (d66) and the like

Type in chat: or /die d100 or whatever dice string you like...

For d66 right-click on the d6 on the desktop, click on "Custom Die" then then on d66 - and roll. Or type /die d60+d6 in chat.

You can drag the /die commands to a hotkey slot for regular use.

Is there any way to put something like 3d6!k2 into a Table so it will roll that for you?

Not currently, but this is something on my list to investigate in adding to our rollable tables.
