I will say, I used their City of Brass for parts of a tier 3 & 4 campaign I finished a year or so ago. Was happy with it. It's definitely done in an old school way, but had lots of content and was easily adaptable into what I needed. Would have appreciated better maps, but I feel that way with just about every published adventure :)
