I'm having a really weird problem with doors and windows. In previous campaigns I have built, the icon that opens and closes a portal (and indicates whether it is open or closed) in "play" mode is centered on the line you draw. But for the campaign I am currently building, it isn't.

I have three maps. on one of them it's slightly off. Another it's like a whole square off and on another they are nowhere near where the lines indicate they should be.

I will note that the actual lines that indicate the location of the doors, windows, etc. are all in the right place it's just the area that you need to hover over and click that is moved.

This happens even when all extensions are removed.

Has anyone heard of anything like this? Egregious example is attached. My mouse has hovered over the yellow portion at the top of this, an area I surrounded with a "window". The icon appears at the bottom.62952

I reported something about the door icon being off when the map was rotated (https://www.fantasygrounds.com/forums/showthread.php?83595-Door-Open-Close-Icons-at-Wrong-Location). I also noticed something about the windows but haven't had time to mess with it.

I think the devs would want to see a zipped up copy of your campaign. I'm not seeing any issues and can't replicate this one, so it may depend on factors that are not present on the images I'm testing on.

Interesting. One of the maps was definitely rotated from its original form, but I deleted and recreated the VBL stuff.

The other two I resized at some point.

So I probably could avoid this by completely deleting the maps and references to them, doing all my size and rotation edits, adding them back to the campaign, and redrawing all the VBL. A lot of work, but worth it if I learned how to avoid this in the future.

I (think I) uploaded the zipped file and I can answer questions as needed.

Hopefully that works.

It did, and I see your issue. I don't see what's causing it, and I found that in order to fix the doors I needed to delete the walls and redraw then before adding the doors back in. Just deleting the doors and drawing them back didn't work. So, we'll need to leave this one to the devs.

Not sure it's completely related but in my Tuesday night session, when a player would open a door, all doors and the option to open or close them would disappear "for a period of time" on the Host session. i.e. I could not interact with any doors once a player did, including seeing the door was open without clicking on a player to see if their LoS showed the door open. Haven't had a chance yet to actually test without any extensions, et al.

This issue should be addressed in v4.6.2 of the client. Please run a new Check for Updates, and let us know if you are still having any issues.

Thanks. Just pushed a hot fix a few minutes ago to address some doors/windows disappearing. You may need to redraw anyway; but let me know if anything further.
