4.6.1 - D&D 5e (2014) - No Extensions (happened in 4.6.0 yesterday with extensions as well)
Elven accuracy on a PC triggers and rolls an additional d20 if the attack has advantage and disadvantage. I don't think it should as PHB states "If circumstances cause a roll to have both advantage and disadvantage, you are considered to have neither of them, and you roll one d20."
Additionally, it adds the 2d20 together rather than picking the higher or lower.

Separately... is Elven Accuracy supposed to work for NPCs as a trait? I believe it did with the old extension on the Forge...
