Details of your scenario:
Running full Seven Worlds campaign. This is a hard sci-fi setting (think Expanse or Babylon 5) Game is in progress and still relatively early in the campaign...we're past the intro and into the development part of the overall narrative so you won't have missed too much. Players are members of the Circle (think Interstellar United Nations-esq organization in the year 2217) and are chasing down what might perhaps be the key to the fate of the seven populated worlds that humanity has expanded to live on.

Looking to replace one player due to schedule conflict. Ideal player is laid back and wants to enjoy and contribute to the story. While we aren't hardcore in our roleplay we do expect you to play your character true to its personality and background. Friendly banter and conversation is typical throughout a session with a mix of in/out of character conversation as appropriate. It is an epic space opera so there is an underlying story -- this will make it somewhat linear in nature as you have an overall plot driving things forward. But the players have a wide degree of latitude to do and go where you will -- understanding that you're not just going to go open up a lemonade stand somewhere as that wouldn't really go with the overarching storyarc. As long as its plausible with that story arc and you can describe it, we'll do what we can to make it so.

Ideal group is 5 players but will consider a 6th depending.
