When sharing an image with players that has shared pins that link to other shared records: When the player hovers the cursor over the pin, the tooltip shows the ID'd name of the unidentified record (spoiling the secret!!).

I'm not sure what was changed but now neither player nor GM see any tooltips on pins.

I believe it's related to this: https://www.fantasygrounds.com/forums/showthread.php?83603-Token-Hover-Over-Details-Now-Missing-DnD5E
I can see link tooltips on a map when I first open it, but once I move any token on the map the tooltips stop showing. Close and re-open the map and tooltips work again, until you move a token...

Thank you.
Agreed. I didn't test far enough. I see exactly what you do and the problem of players being able to see names that aren't ID'd is still a problem (when tooltips on pins are visible at all).

We just released v4.6.1 that should resolve that issue. Please run a new Check for Updates, and let us know if still encountering any issues.

Tooltips seem to always be there now... Player side still sees ID'd name regardless of it is ID'd or not... so you can't share pins and keep the true record name secret currently as far as I can tell.

That's always been the way shortcuts worked. They are just links and a label; so when shared that's what the user sees. There is no different label for players vs. GM.
The missing tooltip was a regression error; which is what was fixed.

Eh. Not ideal as there is the definite possibility to reveal critical information prematurely.
If it's a major project to make the tool-tip show the correct ID/Not-ID label... any chance it's easier to just not show the tooltip on the player side?

You can always rename the pin by dropping text onto it; but it changes on both the GM and the player side.
As I mentioned; that's the way it has always worked (i.e. shortcuts are just link/label), so not anything that has changed.
Any other behavior you would want would be a feature request to go on the list in my sig.
