Token Movement

Hi, 5e ruleset. There used to be an option where you could toggle free player movement, or GM approved moves. I can't find it, and one campaign is GM approval (as desired), and the other is free movement. Where can i find the setting? I do not see it under options.

The toggle is on the unlocked image toolbar - but only when there are PCs on the map. I've attached an image. There are PCs on the Dungeon 02 map so when you toggle the toolbar at 1, you can see the "Token Movement Lock Mode" at 2. Notice how the Dungeon 01 map which doesn't have any PCs on it doesn't have that button (or a lot of others).

There is a button above the map that says Token Movement Lock Mode. If you do not see the buttons press the Toggle Toolbar button first. :)
