I'm not sure if this is intended or if these are bugs:

1. Closing an image reverts visibility of tokens of hidden CT actors on that image that were set to "Mask Sensitive" visibility (through right-click radial menu) to "Always Invisible". I feel like this was not the case before 4.5 or 4.6, but I'm not certain.

2. When selecting multiple tokens with "Selection Mode" from the image menu bar, changing the visibility of one token in the selection does not change the visibility for the rest of the tokens in that selection. I think it would be huge quality of life improvement if it did.

Tangentially... is there a shortcut to just be in "Selection Mode" without clicking to toggle? Could something like alt/shift/control - click and drag just auto put you in selection mode while held and drop it when released?

Unfortunately, #1 has always been like that. I always for get to reapply invisibility on those NPCs if a dungeon rolls over to the next session.
