Clouds FX - Anchored to Background Instead of Image

It appears that Clouds FX layers are now anchored to the background rather than the image itself. This looks strange when panning/zooming around an image as the cloud position isn't tied to the scene.

I noticed this just now as well and came here. None of the effects I set up are working correctly or in the correct location with masking. Frustrating since I did all that work for a bunch of maps

had this issue on my misty map too

This issue should be addressed in v4.6.2 of the client. Please run a new Check for Updates, and let us know if you are still having any issues.
