Store bundle discount not applying in the cart

I've had this issue for years, and always just paid the extra buck or two, but when I click to add a discounted title (D&D 5E Essentials Kit) to my cart, the button says $25.49. When I go to the cart, it does not reflect the sale price and lists $29.99.

Hmm, Doesn't happen to me, I just bought stuff Thursday. I would suggest you reach out to support directly. No idea what could cause this.

Can you try using a different browser, or use incognito mode, or clear the cookies for fantasy grounds and try again.

Firefox, too. Both of those browsers have never been logged into the store.

I even tried my phone on mobile internet, to eliminate my home internet. Same thing.

You have to add everything from the bundle into the cart at once so it knows that it will be completed.

I did buy the Adventurer's Bundle on 2018-01-5, with the understanding that every item that gets added to the bundle will be at a discount, as well. Is that not the case?

You have to recomplete the bundle each time. If you buy each item as it is added, then the bundle discount applies. If you wait until there are 2 items you don’t own, then you need to buy both of the new items to maintain the discount.

You have to continue to complete the bundle. IF there is no discount on the one item you've added to your cart, that is because their are two or more items now in the bundle that you don't have. You have to continue to complete the bundle each time to get the discount.
