FGU Quick-Start for GMs/DMs: Part 2

Greetings, I'm totally new to FGU and I'm runing through the written tutorials.

I'm at the section "drag Action Surge link-shield-thingy from the top left corner of the ability description into the blank space in the middle of the actions tab"..."In the blank bit next to Action Surge, just under “Powers”, you can enter a “Set” for this power to be part of." Clearly FGU is on a new version. I have noticed that there is a radio button style check box next to the "Action Surge" Under the Class section in the Actions Tab. Has this made this part of the tutorial redunant? It seems that the purpose is for tracking the ablities use with FGU and it now does by default. If that is the case is there still an important lesson in the creation of "Sets" and "Powers" in the Actions tab I should gleen here?

Yes, you might have player want to make a custom class / race / whatever. And need to do a bunch of that manually.

I am confusion ;p What Is the "Powers" section for generally? Could you direct me to a guide for how it works?

Ok somethings just happened. I clicked off that tab and back and it now looks like this...62774

Perhaps just a little glitch in the updating of the panel.

Once you add a title on the right hand side the generic "Powers" header should update and change to whatever you want, after you click away or in a different cell.

The wiki is slightly out of date since the ruleset was updated a few days ago. To change the title of a power group click on preparation mode down the bottom left and then click on the edit list button on the bottom right. You can now type a name into the right hand box. Once you tab out of that box the name that you added will appear as the group name.
