Terrain tool bugs

I'm having an issue where the TERRAIN LoS tool is not working as it used to. Players outside of the terrain marked area can see the marked area but not beyond (as usual) but moving into the area prevents the players from seeing past the terrain area like it used to allow. We are also finding that terrain is player toggleable.

Just pushed a new hot fix release that Carl provided to fix the terrain/pit LoS occluder types. Please run a new Check for Updates, and let us know if still having issues.
