I am using the M2e ruleset and i have created some NPCs they exported just fine BUT when you take that npc and drop it into the combat tracker it zeros the hitpoints like it had been killed. what am i doing wrong or missing?

Ok i checked D&D and fallout and its working normally in those so it has to be the ruleset its self i think lol

Can you verify the ruleset you are referring to? I'm assuming M2e is in reference to Traveller.

I'll be looking at this tomorrow. With it being Thanksgiving week it may take a little longer to fix but I'll try to have this working again quickly.
Do you have specific NPCs this is not working for? I know MGT2 is huge so it may just be a specific module and I'd like to rule that out when I get started.

It was for a NPC/Animal i made so it was a self made module. i did check other rule systems and they work fine so all i can think of is it is in the M2e module itself.

I can recreate when creating an NPC that is set to Type = Animal, it keeps the UPP data in the database record (all zeros) and doesn't populate the <woundtrack> data in the NPC record in the database.

Well, I don't have this pushed yet. I want to test it a little more. But I think I found your problem and I will get the fix out as soon as I can.

I've had this happen before with NPCs in Fantasy Grounds. It usually comes down to the HP settings being off when you export them. Make sure the NPC has both "HP" and "Max HP" filled out properly before you export. If those fields are left at 0 or blank, it can cause the hit points to reset when you drop them into the combat tracker. Also, double-check the combat tracker to see if any automatic damage or modifiers are being applied by default. That might be causing the weird zero HP issue.
