Trouble Logging in

Okay FG! So I had a couple of players try and log in to start a new campaign ... (YEAY!!!) But we din't get far because they kept getting an error message but we werent on the same version of FG. So I had them updat ... I updated n, we all shut down and powered down, rebooted and tried again .. still got the same message.

Any Thoghts?

Someone, the person getting the version mismatch, might have more than one installation of FG. The other possibility is that they/you are on different channels. i.e. Live Vs Test vs Prev.

Compiling and attaching logs of your and the players who are having problems will help us identify more details.
