4.6 Issue - Can't move tokes with mouse

With the last update to 4.6, my player and I could not move the tokens using drag and drop with the mouse. The only way we found was using the arrow keys. I don't know why this happened, as it was not happening the first time I tried the 4.6 version.

It's the Spell Tokens extension which is blocking the token interactions. It's on our list to figure out once some of the higher priority items are addressed.
You'll need to disable the spell tokens for the short term.
