Folder asset refresh not working. Can't add new tokens.

In order to make sure it was nothing to do with a file I copied an already existing token in the module from one folder to another. It shows up in the original but not in the new one after refresh. I think the refresh is basically not functioning.

I just tried on the most recent download; and I was able to add a token to the campaign folder and refresh without issues.

I'm not sure what you mean by "copying already existing token in the module from one folder to another". Are you copying files between folders within a module folder within the FG data modules folder? Or something else? Maybe specific steps with file paths for me to understand what you are doing exactly.

Thanks,

Within the token folder I have folders so I copied an already existing token that already shows up in FG from one folder to another. That copied token did not show up either in the new folder. I did this to make sure there was nothing wrong with the new token file I was trying to add.

Apparently when you roll back the update as per suggestions FG creates an entire second campaign folder which now has a copy of all my campaigns and the token folder for the campaign in question is now directed to the new location.

Original Token Location: Fantasy Grounds\FG DATA\campaigns\Transatlantic FRP\tokens\Named Tokens
New Token Location: Fantasy Grounds\FG DATA\channels\Prev\campaigns\Transatlantic FRP\tokens

I am super confused. After I rolled back I did some changes to the campaign and then when I realized what happened I switched back to live and now the changes i made are in the FG DATA\channels\Prev\campaigns\ because I see none of the work I did today.

Do I copy the campaign over from channels FG DATA\Prev\campaigns\Transatlantic FRP\tokens to FG DATA\campaigns\Transatlantic FRP\tokens\Named Tokens now that everything should be fixed?

I am totally at a loss.

Yes. The Prev channel is a completely separate data folder, due to the fact that the data is being accessed by a completely different version.

If you are switching between Live/Prev (or vice versa), you'll need to copy your campaigns between the two folder structures. It prevents the data from being accessed by newer/older versions repeatedly which can potentially cause data corruption.
