4.6 Update - Images Creating Errors When Closing

I am getting an error every time I close an image in the Cyberpunk Red rule set.
A black, blank box appears on the screen, and the error appears. I can open other images, and everything else seems fine, but it is only when I close the image(s).
I am not running any extensions.

Carl just provided a hot fix for this issue, which I just pushed to Live. Can you please run a new Check for Updates, and let us know if you are still seeing the issue?
