View Full Version : Error closing layered images in 4.6

Tested a few times in a fresh campaign with no extensions or modules loaded, in the 5e ruleset, after a few restarts and making sure it's updated as far as possible.

When closing an image, if there's multiple layers (such as from painting on the map, or blood splatters, or assets added to it) the image does not close properly leaving the outline and background of the map window. I can still interact with objects behind this phantom window, but I can't close or interact with that phantom window itself until I shut down the campaign.
This applied to several images, ones I've used in my campaign in the past, and one I pulled from the assets list at random.

The error is a System.NullReferenceException, Object Reference not set to an instance of an object. The full error is included in the attached image, and I attached the full compiled logs as well.

I rolled back and then updated again and it was fixed. Not sure if it may work for you.
