I'm trying to figure out how to create a character using this type of VTT and I've come across an issue that I'm not sure how to fix. In Starfinder, I choose the Evolutionist and was trying to add the adaptive strike as a weapon. Was able to get some of that type of weapon created, however it won't allow me to choose which dice to use as damage. The dice box is grayed out and pressing it and right clicking it doesn't change how to choose which dice to use. I can't find any youtube vids or forum posts pertaining to this topic, so any help would be appreciated. I know my players most likely won't change anything about the weapons or armors as they didn't want to play anything too "complicated" like the Evolutionist class nor try out the Enhanced edition with keeping the same weapon/armor as you level up. But this is mostly for me to play around with NPC's.

Drag the dice you want from the dice pool and drop into the little box.

And welcome to the forums.

Thanks. But the next issue is it's supposed to be d6+strength bonus. Yet the damage only shows d6+1 (not sure where the 1 came from). Is there some way to fix that? I'm sure it's easier on weapons that are click and drag.

In the character sheet, on the Actions tab, will have a list of your weapons. The gear icon will show the meta window where you can adjust the weapon. At the bottom is the damage section and show a breakdown of how that damage is calculated.

Yes, have done that, but the damage requires me to add it as bonus damage instead of using the damage from Strength. When I leave it in Strength, it adds a 1, not a 4 that is the modifier of strength. As a work around, I have to add it to bonus damage and calculate how much damage the weapon should do. I would prefer not to have to recalculate the damage for when it gets a bonus that changes the strength modifier to a higher number. Not sure if you can that in the photo, hopefully it uploaded correctly, but that's what I got to work with.62695

I'll add it to my list to investigate. The rulesets are currently locked down due to the character sheet update. But will make it available with the Test server once I have found the issue.

Thanks for providing the screenshot. There is a 0 in the stat multiplier - so it's going to add 0 x STR = 0. Delete the 0 multiplier and the STR bonus should apply properly.
