Pins Jumping when Moved on map

Update to 4.6 - running C&C ruleset - moving pins on a map they jump as they move - some line up on the grid others do not - functional for the game just more cosmetic if you want pins lined up or in specific places

Pins follow the snap to grid settings. You can turn this setting off/on via the image layer menu, either unlock the image and use the right-side layer view, or right-click -> Layers -> Snap to Grid off/on

Is this new for 4.6? Pins don't seem to snap to grid in 4.5, regardless of the snap to grid setting.

It appears to be part of changes that Carl was working on. I've submitted a request to remove snapping from shortcut pins again.

A new hot fix has been pushed to address the image shortcut pin snapping to grid when it shouldn't issue. Please run a new Check for Updates, and try again.
