I've been playing FG with the Castles and Crusdades ruleset, and the only thing I find difficult to manage is the tokens. The tokens for C&C are in a separate directory (under the ruleset) and are bigger than the standard FG tokens. This means I have to re-size them.

Also, if I add my own tokens, I find that I can no longer put them in a token directory within the individual campaign (which is what I did in version 1). This means I have tons of tokens, all different sizes, jammed in the same directory.

Does anyone have any pointers on what I should do? if I re-size them all manually, what size should they be? (50 by 50 pixels?).

There's a nice little tool for resizing images called the FastStone Photo Resizer (https://www.faststone.org/FSResizerDetail.htm). Allows you to do entire directories in one go (%age resize).

IrfanView is another free batch processor though it doesn't work with transparenies.

There are currently path issues with tokens in the campaign directory, I believe. I would suggest you just put the tokens in various folders in tokens\host. Doing it this way has the side benefit you can put tokens on personalities in different campaigns and export them to modules and have them work. The drawback of this is the modules expect to find the tokens in the host folder but if you are not distributing the module to others that shouldn't matter.

That fixed the problem! Dude, you're the best.

I have all my tokens standardized now, and I'm rocking!
