Unable to rotate tokens (2024-11)

Hello, my friends and I have all observed the same token behavior with top down tokens after the latest update (4.6.0 - 2024-11) where they are not able to be rotated. When turning on facing indicators the indicator is rotating as it would normally (shift+scroll or radial menu rotate left/right) but the token image itself no longer rotates.
We all verified this on the latest version, with previous campaigns we were working on prior to the update (with various themes and modules), and I validated via a brand new campaign without anything loaded
All of us were using the 5e ruleset (legacy) ruleset.

Ruleset(s): 5e

Extensions/Themes: No extensions, Theme:Core

Modules Loaded: None

Operating System: Windows

A new hot fix has been pushed to address this issue. Please run a new Check for Updates, and try again.

They rotate now, but now all the overlayed effects, labels etc rotate as well, I think before only the token rotated?
