View Full Version : Where can I ask about a problem with the FG Store?

Sorry if this is the wrong place for it...

Several weeks ago, one of my players who makes more money than I do purchased the Pathfinder 2e Player Core and Player Core 2 for me as a gift through Steam. I've been running the PF2 remaster for him and others since then, and everything it working great.

But the store hasn't updated that I have those books... it's not really causing a problem, I guess, but I was wondering if there was a reason for it?

Sorry for the very minor issue, everything is working fine, just hoping that it doesn't cause a problem somewhere down the line.

Have you tried to rerun your Paizo and Steam account Sync functions lately?
Whenever you have new content or purchases, don't forget to run these two apps for Paizo and Steam apps.

I don't think this will have anything to do with the Paizo synch, this will be the store not showing the fact you now own the product after another FG user gifted you that product. I believe this is the default functionality for gifting, as I don't always see products that have been gifted to me as owned. But, yes, it's a little annoying...

You could submit a support ticket via the support portal here: https://fantasygroundsunity.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/FGCP/overview Include your FG username and the full name of the products you've been gifted and maybe they can flag these as owned.

Did you receive the gift from Steam instead of from the FG Store?

If so, that would be the reason. We don't look across both storefronts as that would make the store page listing significantly slower to query across both platforms.
