Story window doesn't scroll down when adding a new line

If typing in a basic Story Entry, and you add a new line when the window is scrolled all the way down, the window does not automatically scroll down with the cursor until you type something or manually scroll the window.

To recreate

Create a basic story entry
Add text to fill the entire window, causing the scrollbar to appear
Hit enter. The cursor goes off screen and the scrollbar updates to show the window is no longer scrolled to the bottom.
Expected the window to automatically scroll to follow cursor
Type something, now the window updates.
