How flexible is Auld Sanguine in adapting to different chronicle settings, such as shifting the focus from a Camarilla to an Anarch environment, and what changes would need to be made for that?

For starters, welcome to Fantasy Grounds!

This tale provides locations, personalities, and conflicts to drop into any campaign. Makes a great one shot if you need one as well. Thematically it's set at new years eve, but you can run it anytime you want to up the pressure/tension on your Coterie.

If you already have a full cast of characters, use the ones you have. Changing names can very easily make any scenario feel like a better fit for your World of Darkness. If you want to introduce new characters, here's a few ready and waiting.

Locations, warehouses are readily available in most areas, but you can always use an abandoned house in the woods, a closed store front, a no longer used school house, or even an old barn to host the story in.

The framework is already done, fill it with as many or as few details as you need to make it fit your chronicle.

For players new to Vampire: The Masquerade, would Auld Sanguine be an accessible entry point, or is it best enjoyed by those already familiar with the lore and mechanics?

This could be a great introduction for new players. Just make sure you allow enough time for people to understand what all is happening. It's easy to get in a rush when you are playing a timed event.
