Advantaged save against Turning Undead

Is it possible to apply to an undead an effect that gives it advantage on Wisdom saves against Turning Undead ability ?

ADVSAV: wisdom - create in the effects dialog and apply if from there to an undead on the CT. There's no wording that will automatically create the effect if that is what you are asking.

Indeed. You would apply it just before your Cleric is about to attempt to turn them. There isn't a way to have a saving throw against a condition (Turned being the condition). The save is a Wisdom saving throw so you need to give the advantage on that.
