Is this product fully implemented with the character creation wizard now?
And is it worth getting and do we get a pdf too?

It has been fully implemented in the Character Wizard since the PHB 2024 release; and there have been several rounds of fixes for anything not working quite right as well.

You do not get a PDF with the purchase, as that is not provided by the publisher; but you can access the manual in any of your FG campaigns.
