For a special need, I need to roll an attack on multiple targets. It works fine and rolls a different attack dice for every target. Some hit, some miss. After that if I roll damages, the system applies the same dmg to evrey target, hit or miss. I'd like it to do something like a fireball spell.
Is there a way to do this?

You want different damage for each opponent hit, or you want the damage to only be applied to the targets that are hit?
Don't think there is a way to do the first. The second is controlled by a GM option, I think it's titled Remove Targets on Miss or something similar. There are several options for it. Should be detailed here: 5E Campaign Options - Fantasy Grounds Customer Portal - Fantasy Grounds (https://fantasygroundsunity.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/FGCP/pages/996642014/5E+Campaign+Options#Combat-(GM))

You want Remove Targets on Miss set to Multi (note this is a per user option - so your players should set it to this as well as the DM for best results)
