FGU player drawing tools?

Players are able to access the basic pen-drawing feature on a public image using the radial menu, but I haven't been able to find any way for them to access other drawing tools eg rectangles and circles. Are these tools available only to the GM?

They are not available to the players. You should add it to the feature requests. https://www.fantasygrounds.com/featurerequests/featurerequests.php

You can use the pointers menu - right-click on the map -> Pointers and then select square, circle, or cone. Note that this won't work until the player has selected a PC, as the color of the pointer is linked to the active character (PC) color, set in the Options menu.
