Elven Accuracy for NPCs

Hi,

I've seen that now Elven Accuracy works in FGU without needing any extension and I love that.

However, with the EA extension you could also add "Elven Accuracy" as a trait to NPCs and have it work for them as well.

Would it be possible to add this functionality to FGU too?

This appears to be working correctly for both PCs and NPCs now.

NPCs just need a trait called "Elven Accuracy".
