Paid for FGUltimate but don't have it.

Hello, I just purchased a FG Ultimate subscription, which stated I'd get 3 months of ultimate for $9.99, I don't have the purchase on my account at all and I got no email confirmation. This has happened in the past as well which is a little frustrating. I was charged already. I paid using a card as a guest purchase through paypal because for some reason it wouldn't log into the paypal through the purchase link.
