Issue: Dragging Attack from the Chat window, to the Combat tracker, doesn't show / make an attack as in the case somebody didn't target or forgot to, and the GM should be able to fix it.
Expected result: Drag from chat to ct, attack shows as attack
Steps:
Create character
Create npc
Drag both to CT
Make attack with no target
Drag from chat, (observe attack icon under mouse showing an "ATTACK") drop on CT as in "fixing" non targeted attack

This is needed, for Rate of fire attacks, or "AOE" attacks, which attack a SPOT then you can "choose" which characters get hit / missed. If the GM can't assign the attack, then the attack doesn't work.

I noticed this in my Thursday game, and I'm able to easily reproduce this. (I like cooperative bugs.)
This was working until recently.
Also, dropping attacks from chat onto tokens stopped working. So that work-around isn't available.
Dropping damage from chat to a target on the CT still works, as does dropping damage onto map tokens.
I'm working on this one now and should have it done for the next update.

This was fixed and will be in tomorrow's release.
Note to everyone that players can also drop their attacks and damage onto the CT.
So in the scenarios that Camberme presented, you can make the players apply their own attacks and damage.
Also note that when attacks are dropped from chat, they apply against Parry by default. So for AOE attacks and ranged, the GM will have to adjust the target defense.
Also also note that players can select targets before rolling attacks and FGU will allocate the hits. Then the player rolls damage and it will apply those rolls in order.
This is a time saver in cases where players don't care which targets are hit or missed or damaged.
