Character Wizard Error PHB 2024 5e

1.) Before I run any new test session, I am checking for updates.

2.) Using the same dwarven fighter character as in my previous posts, with the Character wizard, I tried to level up to level three. Level two went okay, but on level three, the CW failed to pull in the sub-class, but with no visible console errors, but, there was a chat message that stated, "unable to find subclass (Battle Master)." No extensions and only using the new official 2024 5e theme.

**I did try the drag and drop method on a test character and that did work.

I'm not able to replicate this and able to level up to 3 and the 2024 Battlemaster is available for selection. Can you do further testing and also ensure you are fully up to date?

I was able to select but when the character saved, it gave me the cannot find subclass error in the chat.

Edit: Same issue, even with a new update round. Went through the same build, same steps, and still no success. Video below.

Fighter, Soldier, Dwarf, leveled to level three, no issues until level 3 commit to save, and then it fails to find or grab the battle master subclass.

Are you still seeing this issue? I followed your steps in your video with the latest code and book; and I didn't get any errors.
Also, please try in a new campaign, just to make sure it's not some campaign data interfering, if you didn't already.

For future consideration, it's much easier to follow a set of steps written out in text, than to watch a 9 minute video and try to follow along.

I was able to successfully build said character. The third level sub class pulled in. For the sake of reference, I updated, reverted the module, and started with a fresh character. It is working now.
