Tutorials Update

Is the Tutorials package supposed to update every time I check for updates?

If so, is there a way to turn that off or opt-out?

I believe that is still under investigation as to why it does that. In the meantime I believe that if you load up the campaign just once it will stop updating it.

Edit: I just tested this hypothesis and it indeed works.
