Version Toggle Bar

Even on a 32" 4k display, I'm fighting for every pixel of real estate...

Is there any way this giant Version Toggle bar could be moved to the header... Maybe a little circle with an "L" in it?

IMO I think it probably needs to be pretty bold and obvious. At least for the next 6-12 months. Then a small menu bar icon would be great.

There are no plans to change at this time. As @LordEntrails stated; it needs to be very obvious during the transition; and we can revisit later.

Gotta remember, most users don't pay close attention to what's going on. So many of them will not know that there is even the possibility of different formats. Being more explicit will hopefully reduce the number of support tickets, forum posts, and complaints.
